Someone recommended this office to me a couple years ago and I love it. The ladies at the desk are always polite and helpful. Traci Hill is an absolute pleasure to see. She listens to my concerns and hears me. My questions are always answered and Traci is caring and kind. Kim is also always helpful and nice. I really do enjoy coming here because it’s hard to find doctors that really listen to you. Thank you BC Medical!!
Long wait times, don’t take appointments after 2:45pm, and book to many people at the same time. I have walked out twice after 90 minute wait. IM DONE!

They've had to pick up slack for me, because my gastro's office staff is now incompetent. So appreciative.
