I am saddened to write such a negative review of a place that seems to have so much potential. My girlfriend and I ate there on our birthdays in June. Love this place! Great service, excellent food, love the atmosphere. Owners are very personable. Enjoy visiting with them whenever we are there. Soups are homemade and SO good. I had their clam chowder a few weeks ago, outstanding, and today I had chicken noodle soup. Again, superb! I think my favorite lunch is the turkey melt! So good, and served with chicken au jus! We'll be back!!
Just got up & walked out of this place. We were served Clam strips when we ordered calamari. Asked to speak with manager, he was very conformational and argued with my husband & told us we had no idea what we were talking about. Extremely rude and made us very uncomfortable .
My family has been coming to Chelan for 30 years and I've been taking my kids to this restaurant for 10. I took my family to get ice cream today and on the way out my 12 year old son who didn't have a shirt on was told by the owner "You should put a shirt on and cover up cause it ain't pretty." Greatly disappointed, way to make a kid feel like crap, good job, not eating at your restaurant again.

Great food choices! Awesome n entertaining owner! need not to look for a dessert place as they got ice cream parlor as well!!
