Started with them on May 4th. They came out right away took the info and promised an estimate. Billy came out and double checked the work to be done. Told them I needed a bid by July 13th. Called and left messages with Billy and the office to remind them of my timeline. NEVER HEARD BACK FROM ANYONE. Thanks for wasting my time. So much for trying to use local companies.
We called several times and left messages, with our callback number, but no one ever called back. We found someone else to do our work instead.
We used them a few years ago for our roof and we loved them. We tried calling them back to use them again and they won't return our calls.
We recently had a metal roof installed by B&C. We were surprised by their courtesy and efficiency. They were in and out and the roof looks amazing. We will definitely recommend to everyone!!
