So incredibly helpful! Can't thank these guys enough for all the help they gave me with my motorhome.
Our water pump died. The Workshop Manager was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Fantastic service. He realigned the fridge door and replaced the pump all half an hour.
Booked for a look at our aircon weeks in advance. Left our last stop early to get there early, 4.5 hour drive, only to be told that they don't have enough time as they all of a sudden have others guys booked in after our booking. Poor customer relations. We only had Friday for them to look at it, and they were told we were leaving Monday morning. If you can't do the job don't take the booking, otherwise we would have booked it elsewhere. Now we haven't don't have a chance to get it looked at before we get back to Perth. Cold... read more
Really helped us out. Did a lifting mast in our Jayco near Lightning Ridge, 6 days into a 6 week trip. Rang a few places stating they were caravan repairers nearer but they weren’t. As soon as I called B&C the stress started to fall away, they were very across the problem and confident to sort it the next day. Very easy to deal with and reasonable price. Highly recommend. Upside for us was got to checkout Taronga Western Plains Zoo which hadn’t been in our planning.
