Had an issue with our fridge whilst travelling first rang to say we would be travelling through in a few days and then phoned when only an hour away, julie was polite and said call in, upon arrival she organised for Brett to look at our problem, I can't express my appreciation enough, above and beyond customer service from all, Brett nailed the problem and resolved, I can now continue my journey without worry.
We are travelling around Australia and our freezer door lock broke. We called in to see if we could get a replacement lock. They do not stock them and we're going to order one when the lady realised she might have an old door out the back we could get one off. They did and then showed us how to dismantle our door to fit the broken lock. We made a minor donation to their smoko fund. The crew at B&C are an exceptional crew.We had an issue with a hot bearing while traveling thru town. They found time in there busy schedule to repair our faulty bearing and checked the others as well before we got back on the road. . If you need to call for assistance with your problem Please be respectiful to the staff they have booked customers who have travel plans just like us. Fitted me in at short notice for an AC leak in the campervan, only took a few hours to reseal, picked me up & dropped off at caravan park, very reasonable price, thanks to all the team.
Problems with our van brakes, Stan slotted us in on our arrival in Dubbo. Brett fixed an electrical connection on our brakes, Tighten loose bolts on our suspension and securing our front water tank. A great team, thanks guys
