Poor communication, project management, and responsiveness. They managed the property rental I stayed in. They did not prioritize necessary maintenance, and repairs with any real sense of urgency (e.g., damaged roof/ceiling, ensuing water damage to the plaster, and falling tile). ***Edit for clarification*** B.C. B.C. Artman did an absolutely incredible job on our home remodel. It wasn’t just the new floors — the bathrooms, painting, light fixtures, and so much more were transformed with true craftsmanship and care. Working with Gina Rowlands made my first-time homebuying process a lot less overwhelming. She’s very knowledgeable, pays close attention to detail, and was always easy to get in touch with whenever we had questions. Brandon also went out of his way to make sure we understood every step and felt confident in the decisions we were making.
