I rented a property managed by B.C. Artman with Phillip as the property manager and experienced serious habitability issues due to a severe mouse infestation. The only “solution” provided was placing traps and poison, which led to mice dying in the walls and a persistent, horrible odor throughout the house. I reported this problem multiple times and requested real remediation or a transfer to a different unit because of the health concerns and unlivable conditions, but nothing meaningful was done beyond adding more poison.
