B-Bop’s is great at every location but the manager on duty at this location on 5/29/26 at 7:30 pm (I -assumed he was the manager because he was wearing a black shirt he also had curly hair) showed especially exceptional customer service. Bright smile & energetically communicating with staff. I watched him run out from behind the counter to open the door for an elderly couple he noticed walking inside from the parking lot. Big shout out to him. Also bbops is awesome
Food is good but the crew is loud and rowdy.
B-Bops is the real deal. The food is fresh, you can taste it, and that's what keeps me coming back. Best burgers around — juicy and just made right. Chicken sandwiches are no joke either. Nothing fancy, just really good food done well. Not to mention, I love dipping my fries in one of their thick chocolate shakes! Highly recommend, specifically this location; They have dine-in seating!
The employees are so nice here!
Overall this was a really enjoyable dining experience. It was significantly better than the BK and McDonald's less than a block away. Food was good, ordered chicken nuggets, fries and 1/4 lb bacon cheese burger. Service was fast and friendly.
