Everything is fine unless you text or ask a question! He literally drove to my home and said "I was about to bang on your door cause you're starting to piss me off and Im just gonna cancel you guys"! because we asked if the pool was vacuumed (which it wasnt) but hed check it off, not the first time he was completely out of line for being a supposed 20 year old business, we had him for years and the moment we started asking questions that was it..completely unprofessional!
10/10 do not recommend! This guy's is the most unprofessional business owner I have ever encountered. Has zero work ethic and spends 5 minutes a week on "services" for your pool. And that's if he shows up that week, then complains about adding extra chlorine after not showing up for 10 days! Absolutely ridiculous the way he talks to people and thinks it is ok.
