Changed our appointment without my permission than promised a refund that never came? She ingored all my texts after promising a refund due to her mistake. So she stole from me. Will be contacting the better business bureau.
Not good… I’ve purchased for the 4th and last time. The first time my experience was great. The first order, I purchased 3 bundles and the tracking number was received and hair was delivered in a reasonable time. The second time, I ordered bundles, I received an email that my package was delivered and my hair was sent to the wrong address. I purchased this hair about two weeks ago. I never received a shipping confirmation. So I was unaware of when my product would arrive. The hair arrived approximately 8 days later. The hair was shipped from China. The hair was colored (which I did not request). The hair was Jet Black. The bundles were extremely thin. At first, taking it out of the package the hair was soft.
