My stylist did an amazing job with both my cut & color. The service was outstanding, the ladies working were professional, & the atmosphere was both friendly & inviting. Overall, a delightful experience! As soon as my roots began to show I called to schedule an appointment. Problem? Sometimes I forget things as simple as a name. So, when I called & completely forgot the name of my stylist, the woman on the phone became irritated. She insisted that I must have called the wrong place. Not sure why I can’t post a picture.. This was my third time and my last!!! My neck is burning, cut up BADLY (so bad I’m headed to the doctors now) and scabbed up!! When I called all she had to say was “oh gee I don’t know why that would happen. It never happened to someone else!” Oh gee ya don’t say?! Well I won’t allow this to go unseen OR unheard of!!

Sue is absolutely amazing! I walked in with 4 different levels of color and walked out a beautiful blonde! The time and patience she had, AMAZING! Thx again Sue! I love my hair!
