If you in the Pecos tx area please do not call or even look this company way I had a trailer blow out on side of the rode 30 mins from a tire shops middle of nowhere unhook my trailer took the rim off and went to get a new tire put on I come probably hour 30 min I come back the company truck out there the hook wasn’t hook up or anything so no drop fee shouldn’t even come to mind so I still call Anyways think it was gonna be 50-150 $ the lady on the phone told me 4000$drop fee I’m think them and the state troopers gone split ... read more

Very disappointing experience with B&B Wrecker Service in Pecos, Texas. My trailer was involved in a non-consent tow after being disabled on the side of the highway. I was charged approximately $4,000 for a “drop fee.” While the trailer was in the towing company’s possession, it was also damaged, and I am now having to deal with the resulting damage and costs. I recently was traveling thru Pecos and locked my keys in my car....I was sick n traveling home...these folks came to me within 30 mins. Unlocked my car and didn't charge me near what I thought it was gonna be. Polite, caring and prompt. I highly recommend them! Thank you for all your help.
