Best customer service ever and best people ever! My family and I were in a car wreck and needed our car towed. They arrived and we had no one to pick us up and the guy driving the tow truck (I cannot remember his name) was working on finding us a ride. The police ended up giving us a ride but we really appreciated the help. When we got there, I was a nervous wreck, crying and worried about the price of everything. They hooked up to my truck and charged me $978 just to drop it at the same spot, then slapped me with another $150 to reinstall my driveline after removing it. When the driver asked for a receipt for the driveline reinstall, they refused. It’s crooks like these that are ruining the trucking industry. Reply First off, if you’re capable of removing the driveline, why wouldn’t you be able to reinstall it? Seems a bit odd to take something off but not be able to put it back.
