Ms Leandra this is not a FAIR REVIEW! Your Rider and Push Mower where delivered to you on 10-28-17. The rider was driven off trailer and the push mower was pushed off ( he may not have started the push mower but he always starts them before loading to deliver). You called us 5 months later and said that you could not start your mower and wanted us to come get it for free of charge. The Owners of this business is one of the most honest people I have come acrossed.I took in my mower for repair because it wouldn't start as well to have it serviced, when I picked up my mower I WAS happy with the price. They said the problem with it not starting was because the boot on the spark plug had slept off,so they only had to service it for me. They also caution me not to leave gas in my mower while storeing it because the gas can go bad and clog up my carburetor. I've been mowing my yard and so happy that it works ... read more
I have taken several lawn mowers and so have both of my brothers. We are all very Happy with the work and the Price of our repairs and the service. Very nice people!!!!!! We will continue to use them for our service.
I took my 30 year old 30 inch rear engine Murray riding mower in to have a new battery and new drive belt that broke replaced and the deck belt replaced and level the mower deck. It was the end of June during the busy season, it took approximately one month to get it back due to the fact they had a family emergercy, however two pulleys were also bad and they informed me that just putting on new belts with bad pulleys would damage the new belts very quickly, so I also had them replace those. I took my tractor in to have a fuel pump repaired. Rick the mechanic fixed/replaced the fuel pump then decided to put some universal Gator blades on my tractor without my permission. When he installed these blades he installed them incorrectly which grinded down the shaft on each of the pulley systems. I took the tractor back to them and asked them to repair the problem. I was told that they would not repair their mistake. I had to buy new parts at 79.20 each and repair the problem myself. I will NEVER do business with B & B... read more
