Moe stopped at my house on the way back from vacation. I appreciate the dedication to his company. I had a unique problem my tank was located in my carport so they could not use their big digger. I uncovered it my self to save money and found that it has no access port. Moe said no problem we will just core drill it and sent his team out couple of days later. B&B septic are by far the absolute best !! Super helpful , get to you quickly and employees are knowledgeable and so nice dont call anyone else they are the best,,

I called yesterday needing my septic tank pumped in Waverly and they were able to get to me the same day! Very polite people and even explained why I was having issues. Would definitely be using them in the future.

Wouldn't trust them to do anything beyond pumping your septic. Clean up is non existent with them, not to mention, they don't even call before they dig.. ask me how I know..

Called on Thursday evening and service performed Friday midday! Tech called when he was on the way with estimated time of arrival. Very professional and thorough job!
