This restaurant, simply put, can do no wrong. I've been going there for about 8 years and to this day I have never had a bad dinner. Not even a marginal one.
From the great service, to the Cured Meats appetizer, to the sliced pork special, just awesome. Then I topped it off with Steely Dan's " Reeling I'm the Chips" show. Great night all around.
Had Shane as a server. The experience and the food was amazing. Shane was the best server I have ever had and the food was amazing
Travel globally including Italy. Service was excellent. Food unimpressive to poor. Calimari was fried to point of being hard vs crispy. Octopus was so tender as to be mushy. Neither had flavors that jumped out. The mains were equally uninspiring in terms of flavors. Perhaps great recipes...If so, this food was poorly executed in the kitchen. Really disappointed given the Vegas price points!
Ian is amazing. Wonderful food and exceptional service. Top notch!
