125$ and hour just for call out? but the 3 hrs they take to get to u they add to your bill at 125$/hr rate, they dont want to actually try to fix anything or check if u fixed a part correctly I just needed to shove my wire in farther in when I asked if it's in correctly he said yes but he plugged his computer in and just showed me what I already know on the dash, when I called them out to clear the codes or reset them not to just show me what I already know.. and they try to charge $688 + processing fee for just coming out a... read more

Just a heads up , if you go to the shop they will charge you fees worth about 125 on top of the hourly labor Shop fee Environmental fee 25 Credit card fee(debit/credit) 3.5% Sales tax 6.75%
I want to thank B&B truck repair for fixing my truck fast and also i want to give Bill from B&B his props for his knowledge and knowing how to fix a our issue he was super helpful and answered ALL my questions in this 32 degree weather. Thanks alot Bill
