Repair was quick and reasonably priced
Great service
Very rude and not friendly at all. Took a saw in and he says it's a fuel issue and didn't even look at the saw
5 years ago I purchased an Echo string trimer from them. The owner instructed me on how to take care of the unit, how to care for it in winter, etc. This is the first time I have taken it back for service after following his instruction. I think he is amazing and the product is also.
