B&B were quick, courteous and efficient in arranging for a pickup of paint cans (dried out). Saved a trip to the far away Shady Grove recycling center.
We made a mistake regarding the pick up day in our neighborhood. Because B&B is so responsive and reliable, I reached out to them for help. They offered to send a truck special to pick up our trash on an off day and then they did so. What great customer service! Really a special organization.

We had another service where every invoice went up in price. A few months ago we switched to B&B. They were so friendly and made it so easy to switch. They have been timely in pick up. On top of it all, the cost far less than any other service and they pick up two days a week rather than one. Great deal!!
