They replaced the ball valve on the return flow from the pool filter. Services was on time even though there was a torrential rain.
Whoever the man was I spoke to, has the personality of a rock. Seems like you're bothering him when you need service.
FYI this location is not the retail store! Retail store is on 6 mile.
Interested clients. Please know B&B ownership doesn’t follow through with its commitments. When faced with a pool surface issue last year, I called B&B to seek diagnostic assistance since it installed the surfacing. The owner ended up calling me back, and said he would talk to the subcontractors who did the work and get somebody out to inspect our situation. This promise was made in or around July.
