I absolutely love this company! We recently bought a house and have had B&B out for several issues including: a large leak under our house, a faucet install, and more recently, a call to service our evaporative cooler on our roof. They are easy to get in touch with, and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. Dan and Eric were really helpful. I trust this business. It has been a while since I was able to say that about any other business.
Our hot water heater started leaking, so we called B&B, they gave me a quote over the phone at a reasonable and fair price and replaced the heater the next day. Their service was professional, efficient, and they arrived when promised. Thank you to Elvie and Martin for doing a great job on the install. And thank you to B&B for your great service.
So if you’re a customer of this company and your water heater is hooked up with copper touching galvanized pipe as in the pictures it is done incorrectly and not up to code. So far I have found 6 units like this. The owner told me I don’t know what I’m talking about even when I showed him the code. So I also attached said code. If your water heater is hooked up this way it is wrong and I suggest you demand it be fixed.
B&B was recommended by a local contractor. They were able to come over with very little notice- completed the job extremely fast and provided quality work. Was also extremely professional. Would recommend to anyone.
