B & B is the BEST!!! Brad has been my savior for JR's toilet... Between JR hitting it with his walker and then plopping down to sit because of the cerebral palsy, he unintentionally abuses it. And Brad has come to our rescue for 25yrs!!! We love you Brad... Thank You Sweetie!!!!
Was referred to B & B by a friend that had a good experience. However, in addition to the service fee we were charged labor for an issue they were not able to resolve and suggested for us to contact someone else. I personally feel that's wrong but that's just my opinion. Hope nobody else has issues that they can't fix. Paying multiple people just to conclude a solution isn't easy.
