True professional. Not many left out there but highly recommend B&B. Extremely knowledgeable with an eye for detail.
Replaced faulty safety valve on water heater. Didn't try to sell new water heater. Price is okay considering it was Saturday. Communications a bit awkward. They asked to send a picture of the valve via text, but never responded to the text. When I asked for confirmation they called back instead. I guess it is okay. Job was done as promised
