The plant they chose for my goldfish unraveled and tore up my filter they would not make it good after 2 long drives to their store.
Store clerks helpful and friendly. My dogs enjoyed themselves
I bought some salt water fish from B&B. The tang wasn’t acting the way I thought it should and I mentioned it to the employee selling it. He said no it was fine and was very short with me and my questions through the entire process. Reluctantly I made my purchase of the Tang, a spiney urchin and Niger trigger. The $99 Tang had Ick there was nothing obvious on the fish other than the it didn’t seem to be acting quit right. So far I have lost that 3 inch tang, my 3 inch yellow Tang and one other fish about $300 all total. All ... read more

Ronnie, I am so sorry to hear about your fish issues. (This is Bill Trufant, one of the owners) After doing a little research I found that the tang that you purchased was a Blue Hippo Tang (i.e. Dory). As I'm sure that you know, it is not uncommon for this fish to lay around the aquarium from time to time and this may be what you observed it doing here at the store. I love this pet store! Great staff and they carry Origen Dog Food� I also use them as the petting zoo for my granddaughter, she loves going there�
