I was recommended this service and was looking forward to finally getting my newly bought condo rodent free. I spoke to someone on the phone who was very accommodating and we picked a time where I could be home to meet the technician. However, I knew the person would get there before me, so I left my lockbox information with them. I cannot say enough about their services. We were having a mouse problem in our house last year and Louise came over and serviced our home. I am a person who has severe health anxiety and I am also a clean freak, so when I seen signs of rodent activity in my home I panicked. They filled all entry points, set up bait stations, and gave amazing advice on how to handle the situation. After they came, we didn’t see any rodent activity for over a year.
