B&B Pest Control provided a thorough assessment and treatment plan, were able to schedule quickly, and their work has been incredibly effective. Very easy to work with and knowledgable about treatment options and best practices. Additionally, there was some complexity with invoicing the work across 2 properties, and they were incredibly responsive and understanding in providing the documentation requested.
B&B Pest Control is absolutely fantastic. DJ came by today and was incredibly knowledgeable and professional with dealing with a wasp nest under some deck stairs, in addition to being genuinely kind, honest, and patient with all of our questions. I will no doubt be contacting B&B for any pest stuff going forward, including routine termite checks. I cannot recommend them, and especially DJ, enough. Thank you!
I called BB for their reputation due to some exterior home damage I thought was termite related. Was promptly called by their head of pest control department who had me send photos of extent of damage. It was deemed to be both termites and carpenter ants. We agreed on a fair price, scheduled the date of my choice, and it came with a unbelievable 5 year warranty. Our tech Louie arrived on time and within 30 minutes noticed something seemed off. Izzy did a great job and good at explaining the process and covered other holes are last pest control company missed. great attitude and patience when we asked lots of questions good services included
Very responsive, prompt and effective. We had carpenter ants issues and the treatment worked very well. As they said, there were a few that were left after the first treatment and as promised, they scheduled a followup.
