Knocked on my door 4 times in 30 seconds, got mad when i said 'dang man give me at least a minute to get to the door' saying his appoint was at 9:30(it was 10:02), i should've been expecting him and like i was but damn, knock 4 times in 30 seconds while i'm yelling at the door, it's kinda disrespectful. i get you thought no one was home but i was. then for you to say ' im not doing this shit today ' while walking away, you shouldn't be in customer service let alone going into people's home if you're going to act like this. Tore up my kitchen floor, when I called about it, was told "Well, I'm not replacing it" WON'T recommend them, OR ever use them again. Got halfway service, and feel my money was just thrown away.
