This company set up an estimate time and had no courtesy to call or let me know that they were not coming! So unprofessional and rude!?!
I initially called but didn’t leave a message. They called back in five minutes and arranged for a service the next day at a convenient time. Anthony was on time, knowledgeable, and friendly. He fixed our door, explained everything clearly, and showed us how to care for the door in the future. It was an excellent experience all the way around.
I highly recommend B&B Garage Door, as they are my go-to. Casey and his team have helped me with 4 projects and has always come through professionally with fantastic results. Thank you B&B!

Anthony came out to repair a new door installation done 5 days previously by 2 B &B Door guys. He was professional, did a fantastic job on the repair and apologized for the inconvenience,even though he wasnt the one that did the install . He turned a frustrating experience into one where i would consider recommending B &B Overhead Doors.
