Anthony came out to repair a new door installation done 5 days previously by 2 B &B Door guys. He was professional, did a fantastic job on the repair and apologized for the inconvenience,even though he wasnt the one that did the install . He turned a frustrating experience into one where i would consider recommending B &B Overhead Doors.
If I could give 10 stars I would. B&B technicians installed a new garage door opener last Monday. The work done was beyond my expectations and the technicians were extremely courteous, kind and professional. Very, very happy with the work they did, I'd hire them again in a heartbeat. My wife came home and couldn't believe the outstanding job they did. She raved about it to our family members and neighbors. Thank you!
Very friendly folks and really helped us out understanding the best options and providing realistic guidance. There was never the pressure to upsell and they offered various options from quick fixes to long term fixes. During the quote they were able to help us out and make some minor repairs to the track so we could continue to manually open and close our door and advised us on the safety of the door and it's operation as well as any signs to look out for that things were getting worse and we needed to stop and call them.
