Decided to buy local back in February, very satisfied with our vehicle purchase so far. Our Ford truck is having issues, decided to give them our warranty work as well, even though we purchased from a out of town dealership, before moving into this area. Prefer to keep our money local when possible. Charged us for diagnostic, (we already knew there was a transmission issue), but refused our warranty due to it being a "after market warranty" that we purchased through the Ford dealership we purchased from. Buyer beware! Sold us a car, next day engine light comes on. Turns out car needs a new engine. GM of the dealership says we need to pay thousands to repair . It's a shame, you would think one would be treated better when supporting local business.
