Plumbers came when they said they would on 9/2. That would be the only reason for a 1 star. They spent a couple hours working. Told us he hit mud in our line so it must be collapsed and that we should contact the city to get a new tap. He gave a rough quote of 5-6k and said he'd get us an actual quote the following day. Never did nor did he ever follow up at any point. The city ran a camera and couldn't find a collapsed line. Landlord came by 2 days later. Spent about 6-7 hours unclogging the line. Never hit mud. Excellent service and professionalism from their team members
I called to set up an appointment for someone to view a leak in my basement. The secretary scheduling the appointment took my information and afterwards told me there was $130 fee just to diagnose the problem. I had previously spoke with someone who gave free estimates so I decided to cancel my appointment and she huffed and puffed and as I told her I was sorry for the inconvenience she hung up on me. Being rude won’t bring you good business. Be better.
