B&B Johnson came out to replace a rusting out drain line at my house. They were polite, professional, and did amazing work. They were on time and very polite to my nosey cats. Cannot recommend them enough and they will always be my first call!
Unable to comprehend simple instruction, combative phone employees that are unwilling to accept truth and take accountability for their actions, leave cigarettes in driveway, charge more if you live in expensive neighborhood, vague receipts not itemized, charge 3 hours labor for 30 minutes of labor, show up unprepared but think it’s the homeowner’s fault, leave my home in worse shape than before they showed up. Do not expect this company to accept accountability for their flaws but instead, blame the homeowner.
I have used them for multiple years! Will continue only using B&B Johnson and getting it done correctly
Nothing like finding a leak on Christmas Eve! Jake and Conner took care of the problem quickly and were delightful to work with! Thank you for the fast, professional service!
