Fantastic and quick service. Our hot water tank broke this morning at 7:30 AM, I called and they said they were books today but could fit me in the next day. It turns out, they had extra time today: they arrived at 12:30 PM and installation was finish by 3:00 PM. Jason was great!
Horrible experience—do not recommend. Working with B & B Johnson has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Their dispatchers, Roberta and Heather, have repeatedly hung up the phone on us and become outright nasty when we simply follow up for additional details on jobs. (Please read all the 1 star reviews, there's others that have had the same negative experience with this company). I've had B&B do all my plumbing work for years, they get to you quick, they are diligent, the prices are fair, and they do a complete job. Highly recommend them.
I’ve received top quality service from the guys at B&B. We were hit with a double-whammy of a broken hot water tank AND service line leak during freezing temps, and these fine folks took great care of us. They were honest and considerate.
