Love the service! - We have had our policies with Bridget and Bill for several years and we love the service. Every time I call either Bridget or Bill answer the phone! How many businesses still have that kind of contact with the owner? Not many. They know who we are right away and always take time to answer my questions or help with policy changes. They understand their role as my agent really well and are quick to recommend changes and give advice. They really are the best! Wouldn't trade them. Highly recommend.

Seem nice, VERY POOR VALUE – I went to Bill years ago, and got swindled into trusting them to "save me some money" by getting a bundle of policies through them. Two nightmare insurance claims later, I consulted with a lawyer. I gave him my B&B policies and also my older policies that I had before trusting Bill and Bridget. He told me that Erie(a major insurer that B&B does most of their work through) was notorious for not giving a great value on their policies, and the way B&B saved me money was by dramatically reducing my c... read more

Agency with Personality! – I had been told by numerous friends that i should go see B&B for my insurance because word has always had it that they are fantastic to work with and help you with everything from "soup to nuts". Well, I finally did and I couldn't be more relieved that I made the move. Not only did they make me feel very welcome, but they broke down everything for me so I have good understanding and even helped me cancel my old policies.
