Alan did an amazing job inspecting the property that we had made an offer on. Extremely thorough, and a great value - He saved us thousands from the home purchase price based on his findings. He had a fully detailed report finished and sent over within hours of completing the inspection - no small feat. Best in the Gorge!

Buying a house can sometimes be a stressful endeavor, especially in this area with the age of these homes and the various methods used to build them. While looking at a home in Bingen, we had a previous inspection report to work off of in our decision making process, however, it seemed like there were some gaps that needed to be addressed. I've been an inspector for many years for various kinds of facility inspections and I found Alan to be very competent. I was impressed with how quickly he found the problems and how well he was able to convey them to me. The experience to not only tell you about problems but how relevant they are is absolutely priceless. He went places and saw things that I didn't. If you are going to buy a home an inspection is essential and it's essential that you hire an inspector that knows what they're doing. Alan does.
