Came to my house after I was told I needed a complete new unit at $8500.00. Tested my air conditioner and found rust and dust on the contacts on my furnace. Showed me the manuals and exact settings showing that my unit was not leaking, completely fine, and refused to even charge for the inspection even though they went under the house, tested all equipment and showed me the results.
