Connie was responsive and very helpful getting us scheduled and taking our deposits. During install, Chad and Aaron went above and beyond, spending four (hot days) getting our mini split set up. Chad personally built custom metal pieces that make sure the defrost drains properly and that the overall aesthetic of the unit is clean. We used B&B Heating and Air for the first time on 10-12-2023 for our annual heating system checkup and we were very impressed. As others have mentioned, the customer service is excellent. I left a message with my first call and Connie called back promptly. We scheduled a date for the service and Connie provided information about what exactly to expect.
