If you can get a call back and an appointment schedule, their techs are WONDERFUL and their prices are very reasonable. However, this year I have left my 7 plus year relationship with the company because no matter what time of day I called I never got an answer other than voicemail. My last call and voice was left 10 days ago and I have yet to get a call back. Very disheartening given the service I have received in the past.
Been over a week now without A/C during the hottest part of the summer waiting on a part was told would take 1 to 2 days. Can't get the office to answer the phone. The owner won't answer the phone, and the service tech won't answer the phone. GREAT SERVICE!!! Don't waste your time calling them.
