I got my hair braided by BB in June of 2025 When I made the initial appointment, she told me it would take about 4 hours to do my hair. My appointment was for 10 am and when I arrived, she was there and ready to do my hair, which was a plus. The style took her 2.5 hours to complete. I noticed the time frame was cut short because she was using a lot of my own hair in each braid. She was so fast and I was so happy with my hair,We started 2pm and I left at 6pm!💕
They are NEVER ON TIME! First time I was told 8:30am, the shop the was closed and no one showed up until 9:30. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and tried them again. Again, I called earlier in the week and I was told 9am for an appointment on Friday. I called Thursday night to confirm for 9am . Got there Friday morning at 8:50am and waited until 10:05am and no one was available to do my daughter's hair so we left. So unprofessional!!!!! A waste of my time and gas!
