Well my experience was that they were very nice people but they came out and measured my kitchen and over done it it quite a bit and sold me more materials than I needed and then they refused to reimburse me for the overage material that I don’t need I ended up with 3full boxes of Flooring Boards that I don’t need! I tried to get a refund for them and they said they don’t do that! So I’m stuck with materials that they over measured me for. The best customer service I've seen in a while. Went above and beond to help me with my flooring issues. Can't say enough about how comfortable and welcomed they made me feel. A d problem solved whoo hoo 👌
The flooring turned out fine, and they were more affordable than other options we looked at. However, the communication with the sales company when getting a quote, as well as lack of communication when waiting for our materials to come in so they could set an install date was poor. We placed a deposit in December and did not have the floor installed for 2 months.
