Family Medicine serving general patients, gynecology and podiatry has HORRIFIC CUSTOMER SERVICE NOW!! They do not know what they’re doing and their service was beyond bad. If I could give them a minus 10 I would. Previously when Dr. Bianchi and Dr. Baikie was there the service was much much better AND loved these doctors.
They never answer the phone! I called 3 or times and waited 20 plus minutes and hung up. After the 4th time I waited 42 minutes and someone finally answered. They transferred me to another dept. 2 twice and I left 2 messages with no call back??? I know there is a new doctor Dr. Cooperman. They are getting of to a really bad start... I will be changing to a new office.
I had the privilege of working with both of these outstanding women throughout the entire three years of their family medicine residency at Eisenhower. As teaching faculty in the program I can attest to the excellence of their foundational medical knowledge, their ability to engage with patients, and their compassion.
