Had shirts made for my Army unit down here in Ft. Hood, TX 15 years ago. Still proudly wearing that 4th Infantry Division Ironhorse t-shirt today as are some ole colleagues of mine!
Horrible horrible customer service! Not only that but they hold no standard for backing their product!! They put on some of the lettering sideways, so we took our shirts back to get a few letters straightened. Instead of doing just that, they decided to remove and replace the entire decal in a different location. We now have an imprint of the old decal plus an off color from the chemicals they used on the shirts. The owner tried to charge us for the entire thing that he messed up to begin with.
