I've been a customer for over a decade and the service has been superior since day one.
We have gone to this location for years. We recently moved out of that area and it’s so hard to find the kind of service we always received here!
I went there to get two minor alterations and cleaning. The lady there didn't tell me what the cost of the alterations was. When I picked them up they were TWENTY-FIVE DOLLARS EACH. $56 for cleaning and minor sewing. Her excuse was "that was what the seamstress charged her." You can go down the street to Monitor and get two alterations and cleaning for about $20 and get entertained by the nasty nana seamstress at the front of the store. Stay away.
Incredibly kind staff! My formal-wear was ready for pickup the same week I dropped it off. Reasonable prices and amazing service
