I strongly recommend against anyone going with B&B builders. By the time your home is finally built, every neighbor will already hate you, based on how John conducts his operation. They’ve not only severed electrical lines during excavation, leaving neighboring residents without power in the middle of winter, he just recently severed a gas line, warranting an emergency condition to surrounding residents.
