They sold me a transmission that doesn’t even fit my car and when I called to let ROY know he blocked my phone number and stop answering the phone! I paid $700 for a used transmission that didn’t even fit my car! Now this P.O.S shop doesn’t want to give me another tranny or give me my money back! He just stop answering the phone! Stole $76 I got wrong alternator for my F150. Only had it overnight as it did not fit my truck. Refused to give my money back. Do not go there for ANYTHING!!

USE EXTREME CAUTION WHEN MAKING A PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! RAY SOLD US A TURBO THE WAS "GUARANTEED TO WORK" AND IT HAD A BLOWN OIL SEAL. JUST AFTER PURCHASING THE ITEM OUR FATHER WAS PLACED IN ICU AT NEA AND SUBSEQUENTLY PASSED AWAY. OUR TIME WAS SPENT WITH HIM AND WE PUT THE ITEM ON THE VEHICLE AS SOON AS WE COULD. NEXT DAY CONTACTED RAY ONLY TO BE INFORMED HE WOULD NOT HONOR HIS GUARANTEE.
