Great customer service and the most honest shop I’ve used in years! Simply the best in Mchenry county!
Called for a tow from Marengo to Crystal Lake. We were concerned about timing as we were on the side of the road with two kids and severe storms coming in. The driver communicated well with us, let us know he was getting there as quickly as possible and was aware of the situation. Driver was Betty prompt, courteous and safe. Thank you so much for the great service! Will definitely recommend you to others!
If you ever need a tow or your road side assistance provider states this place is coming be prepared to wait and then for a no show. Of course you will have to follow up with them as they will not call you. I waited over 2.5 hours only to have our provider have to reassign to another company.
