Accompanied my friend from Paramount Rehab to No. Westchester Hospital. Driver was a gem! Avoided pot holes on Route 35, provided a fresh bottle of water, entertained a very nervous patient with anecdotes ... could not have been better! Thanks for such great service! Ginny Hayes
We've used B&B Ambulette several times. We like their newer vans. The drivers are professional and compationate with residents. They go out of their way to say hello when we bump into them at the local nursing homes. One time we had to wait 45 minutes for our return, but the usual 20 minute appointment took over 2 hours. Apparently, due to unpredictability with appointment times, the drivers have to cover other calls. So, an hour wait occasionally is acceptable.

The driver just left didn’t wait for appointment to be done and then had to wait over 45 min for them to come and get us. Probably because they did another transport. Horrible customer service.
