Good set up with lots of recovery options and well coached classes. Did a week pass which was good value whilst I was in town for a conference.

Had a great session today (boxing) and yesterday (strength) at B Athletic. Made feel welcomed from the moment I walked through the door. Trainers were knowledgeable and encouraging, Members were friendly and social. Ben the owner was a pleasure to talk too, I highly recommended you check it out if you live in the area or if you are up for a visit as I was from Melbourne for a few days. Cheers Matt

This gym needs more recognition than I reckon it gets! They have a creche beside the gym floor, with a TV and fantastic staff who look after your little ones for a session each morning. The owners are fantastic and run the gym so well, and the trainers are honestly next level. They know more than any gym staff I've come across before, and are obviously passionate about their training by the way they explain how individual muscles or exercises work and what they're doing. Visited twice whilst the weather was poor and purchased the recovery day pass. The package is great value as you get access to ice baths, saunas, compression boots and various other things. I would definitely recommend

Would give more stars but it's capped at 5. Amazing well informed positive coaches who lead a great diversity of classes. It's an all round supportive and friendly space to train or do your recovery. The infrared saunas, ice baths, compression boots for post run training are truly amazing! Perfect balance!
