Absolutely Lovely! – This is building is amazing, I loved everything from the doormans every morning, to the vallet parking up to the roof deck with its amazing view. Carol you have to be insane! Paul Athens is the sweetest, hardworking and afable guy I've ever met. He was absolutely kind and way helpful with me and my husband. I'd definitely suggest this place to anyone! :)
Horrible, horrible building!!! – I have no problem with the actual leasing office, however potential renters of this building BEWARE. Paul Athens, the building manager, is a nightmare. He is virtually ineffective when it comes to getting anything done (even though he had unsuccessfully tried to evict my husband and I from our apartment, he took 3 days to come and inspect the apartment when we finally decided to leave, and that was something he wanted.
