Bad service ever! They told me to wait for parts and it been more than 3 months even the parts is from us company. Also, not answer your phone call or call back neither.
Great place with plenty of room
They have repaired our cooling equipment several times and we are extremely happy with their service. They have reasonable prices, they have in-depth knowledge of the systems and they do quality work. We will always call on B & N when we have a problem.
I wish they were more professional. As a business owner I believe customers should at least be given a quote when they say they will, given a call back or shown a little courtesy.
Excellent service. Responded same day and was able to fix our air conditioning problem immediately. Had no issue with going into the attic to diagnose our problem on one of the hottest days of the year. Five star all the way!
