I find the practices of this company to be unethical. I completed an application including all of the tenant paperwork immediately after I met with the super on 5/1 who emphasized a few times that it was first come first served. He also told me that he would give me the keys one week early since the unit was empty. He confirmed the next day that he received the paperwork.
