Do not rent from these rent hiking people... 1) they can't keep property managers for a decent period of time. 2) everytime they get a new property manager they totally create another set of rules 3)If you have plumbing issues they make you hire you're own plumber at you're expense .. I find the practices of this company to be unethical. I completed an application including all of the tenant paperwork immediately after I met with the super on 5/1 who emphasized a few times that it was first come first served. He also told me that he would give me the keys one week early since the unit was empty. He confirmed the next day that he received the paperwork. After a few days without hearing anything I followed up and was told he still had to process the paperwork. I made additional calls without a response. I d... read more
