omg B&A is the best around! When I called looking for help with an a/c condensation drain, B&A was able to send someone to my house within the hour! They were also recommended to us by our HOA manager, he told us they do the best work in the area! When Dean arrived was very polite, helpful, and informative to what repairs were being done. I will definitely be calling B&A the next time I need a plumber.
This outstanding company is a family owned business that my family has used since the early 1980s going way back to when I was a young kid. Like the other reviews say, they DO treat you like family. Today Mike & Bailey came to my home and installed a new battery backup pump, did rodding maintenance to my sewer line, and fine tuned a toilet and faucet, and as always, did it all for a reasonable price. My elderly parents lower level shower and toilet were overflowing with sewage at 4:30 PM today. The Schaumburg village public works (which by the way, also did a tremendous job; they were very responsive despite it being after hours) came out and determined the line blockage was between the house and the street thus I had to hire a plumber to repair it for my parents. I received 4 quotes from plumbing companies to replace part of my sewer line due to roots blocking the line. B & A Plumbing were $1500 - $2500 lower than the other 3 bids. They did great work! I highly recommend them
So happy with my experience working with B & A plumbing! From the start Ilga was so helpful and kind and then when Dean and Jesus came out they were wonderful!
