The two main water shutoff valves on either side of the water meter were about 35 years old and were not properly shutting off the water, so I called a few plumbing companies for estimates. B&A Plumbing was the most reasonable one and since their reviews were good, I decided to try this company. One company with good reviews quoted double of what B&A charged me. So happy with my experience working with B & A plumbing! From the start Ilga was so helpful and kind and then when Dean and Jesus came out they were wonderful! Dean is so calming and knowledgeable and knew exactly what to do! In addition, he very patiently answered so many of my questions and addressed my concerns with empathy and expertise. The sump pump that ejects the water that drains from my furnace and basement kitchen sink went out on News Years Day. The pit had already overflowed and I had a mess. Fortunately, I was able to get a plumber to come out on an emergency service call. The plumber picked up the new pump before he came. He removed the old pump and installed a new one in less than an hour. He was very careful not to make a mess and cleaned up after he was done. He was professional, knowledgeable and polite. B & A Plumbing saved my New Years.
I Had a garbage disposal needed to be replaced. I called B&A made an appointment for the next day. the man showed up on time, he was very nice and efficient. He had the job done in under an hour. I had called several other plumbers before B&A one quoted me a price over twice what i was charged by B&A. I was very pleased with the service B&A provided.
These guys are SO GREAT. My garbage disposal FELL DOWN (yikes!) and they were able to come at exactly the time I needed. Bobby and Ilga helped me over the phone, and Dean knew exactly what to do - he installed a new one and made sure everything was working. I feel so much better now!
