Our 20 year old heat pump quit working. B & A quickly answered our call; arrived on time for our appointment; assessed the situation and discussed our options. We decided to install a new unit. Again, they arrived on time and did an outstanding job with the installation in a very tight attic space. They went above and beyond our expectations. I would definitely recommend them for any heating and air conditioning that you may need.

Had to replace the downstairs heat pump and air handler in November of 2021. Decided on B&A among 4 estimates from others. They were professional, timely and reasonable. In April of 2022 the upstairs heat pump and air handler had to be replaced. Because of their excellent service I again used B&A Heating And Cooling. In both cases the old systems, particulary the attic unit presented additional challenges because of short cuts and non-professional work done prior to my buying the house in 2020.
