They are always professional and get the job done without any issues.
We recently had our AC replaced by Brian and his team. Brian’s office staff is nice and responsive, got us on the calendar as soon as possible. DJ, Nick and Rylan were on our project and were very professional and courteous. They answered all our questions. Overall, we were very satisfied with the work done by BA Colella and would highly recommend them for anyone thinking about AC needs.
First Stephanie listened to our problem including our personal situation and worked diligently to help us restore our AC from the 84 degrees and increasing, in our home. She got us an appointment with Jeff who was here in a reasonable amount of time, was very professional and efficient in fixing our problems. First time using this company - on a super hot day when our AC system decided to have a malfunction. The office staff was great in getting someone out to our house within hours. Carl was our technician and he identified and solved the problem efficiently - at a reasonable cost too. He is also a very nice guy. We will be sticking with BA Colella!
The overall professionalism displayed by every member of the staff is remarkable. The efficiency and attention to detail is extraordinary. The work was completed as promised on time and perfectly done. I highly recommend B.A. Colella and will absolutely use them for all my future HVAC needs!
