Brian was a key player making our home comfortable. Brian walked me through line by line, all of the options and outreached to a 3rd party to assist & connect what we needed best. His team was also amazing, fun guys. Not awkward to the dog, our family, our home reno ups & downs. They were warm, efficient & discussed it all again to help us gather the most info & explanations. Also, quick & clean work. Brian really went above & beyond in our case.
I have been a customer of B.A. Colella Heating and Cooling for over 7 years, and they have consistently provided outstanding service in maintaining my AC and boiler system. We recently had our AC replaced by Brian and his team. Brian’s office staff is nice and responsive, got us on the calendar as soon as possible. DJ, Nick and Rylan were on our project and were very professional and courteous. They answered all our questions. Overall, we were very satisfied with the work done by BA Colella and would highly recommend them for anyone thinking about AC needs.
First Stephanie listened to our problem including our personal situation and worked diligently to help us restore our AC from the 84 degrees and increasing, in our home. She got us an appointment with Jeff who was here in a reasonable amount of time, was very professional and efficient in fixing our problems.
