I'd give them zero (0) stars if it weren't for 2 people on their team who actually had a clue on what's going on. Our misery started in May. We were expecting deliver on May 15th (as confirmed by them). 15 comes and goes and no sign of any cabinets. A week later, complete radio silence. We contacted our interior designer only to be told its out of her hands and we should contact the Project Manager (who's existence we weren't aware of thus far). I had a deeply disappointing experience with Azzurri Casa that has caused significant delays and frustration during the construction of my home. Despite placing my order well in advance, the company delivered the wrong color cabinets due to internal mismanagement and poor communication. Even worse, it took them weeks to acknowledge the mistake, and I had to chase them repeatedly just to get a response. We stumbled upon Azzurri serendipitously and absolutely loved Miguel. As the face of the company and our first interaction with Azzurri, Miguel was so informative and professional. We will now be asking our architect to look into adding Azzurri to our latest house.
