I was seriously injured at Dr. Azzolino's clinic. He may have positive testimonials from some, however for me I had to have shoulder surgery following treatments in his clinic. Dr. Azzolino did not take any responsibility, even though the injury happened under his care.. I spent thousands of dollars and received no help whatsoever for the condition I saw him for, and I have spent close to 30k between his treatments and my recovery from the surgery.. Very disappointed.
