This whole place is totally unprofessional!! My psychiatrist was getting loud with me the second time I talked to her! Yelling at me that I needed lab work done when all I was trying to do was get one of my medications changed! She never told me I had to get the lab work done right away or when! They treated me like a person and talked to me, Calmed me Down Heard Out my Whole Situation/Story. Listened to me about what I’m going through & About What it Is i actually Needed & I Mean Truly ACTUALLY Listened.. They Were Helpful, Courteous, Kind, & Willing to help! Nkb
Had an initial appointment with Dr. Ghaffar for medication management which wasn’t easy to get. When I arrived on time to my appointment, I was told it had been cancelled and was turned away without any continuity of medication. If you are on important medications and you value your health, stay far away from Dr. Ghaffar and this unprofessional office. Hope everyone gets taken care of!
Hugely disappointed with the care that I received. I feel deceived. When I made an appointment at this facility, I thought Vida-Lynn Asiamah-Asare was going to be the nurse practitioner that I go to for my annual physicals and prescription. Instead she wanted to do monthly sessions that could cost me $95 each month. Needless to say, I found another care provider with up to date technology who doesn't outsource the office assistance role to India.
